Shopleaf LLC is an online forum where individuals can buy and sell homemade items.  Shopleaf does not directly post each item to the website therefore we cannot guarantee that all items are described correctly. We try and screen entered items for quality and validity but cannot guarantee that that has always occurred.

You can become a seller on Shopleaf if, you are either 18 years old or your parent or guardian is the seller on the site and you work under their supervision. Once you become a seller it is your responsibility to ensure that your information is current and up to date. Your account is solely for your use, do not allow others to use your account unless you are a parent or guardian of a seller. If Shopleaf finds that you are not using the site for what is intended for we can refuse to allow you to be a seller or buyer. We reserve the right to terminate services at any time and for any reason.

Fees

There are no fees to be paid by the seller or buyer to use Shopleaf. The only money exchanged is when a buyer purchases an item from the site and Shopleaf adds a 10% service fee to that amount with a minimum fee of $1.00. Shopleaf wants to provide a low cost way to buy and sell goods online but we need to cover costs for accepting credit cards, gateway fees, website fees, and programming.

Buyer/Seller Policies 

Shopleaf sellers must enter their item(s) as accurate as possible with description as well as images. We will contact you if it is shown that your description is a misrepresentation of the actual item.  A seller is obligated to send the item that was purchased from the site and the buyer is obligated to pay for said item. We have dispute resolution right on the site. When an item is ordered on the site the buyer will pay by credit card and the money will be held by Shopleaf. When the seller ships an item they will enter the tracking number into the site. Shopleaf will verify that the item was shipped and delivered and then will relinquish the money to the seller. Shopleaf will also hold deposits on items that are very labor and material intensive to protect or sellers, per the seller’s request.

Shopleaf is not liable for materials and images that a seller has entered. Each item for sale, including description and images, are owned by the seller. We will attempt to remove and obscene, pornographic, or questionable material from the site. We will also have a contact us section if you feel something is questionable on the site.

Shopleaf’s logos, trademarks, and text from the site is owned by Shopleaf and not be used by anyone else.
